Terms and Conditions

• By accepting a quote, you agree to accept the terms and conditions of Rexx technologies that can be verbal, e-mail, payment of advance or signing a quote.

• Rexx technologies will put maximum effort to complete the projects in the given deadline. Reasonable delays are accepted if situations are refined and modified

• Any time delays at client’s end may delay the project and the estimated timeframe that may cause additional costs

• Website/application related contents and materials have to be provided to us within the first few weeks of starting the project. If delay occurs there occurs delay in the project that may incur additional charges.

• If any testing to be done on any other devices such as iPhone and Ipads that should be discussed before.

• There are limited man power and time allocated to each task including development and analysis. Minor changes can be allocated only within the allocated hours.

• Any bugs or errors reported during the development do not add additional charges.

• If client’s website/application is not hosted on Rexx server are not covered in our quotes and may be charged extra.

• Rexx owns copyrights of all codes written for any client, unless arrangements are made before start of the project.

• Any changes to the functionality including tiny improvements, may incur additional costs accordingly. Please ensure and clarify all the doubts during the meeting.

• It is essential that you clarify every aspect of client’s website development and ensure that you have been quoted on the right requirements.

• All communications are generally done through emails. It is client’s task to keep us updated with their relevant mail identities.

• All prices are quoted in INR are exclusive of GST unless specified.

• Any extra hours used may be charged separately.

• Maintenance charges to any website developed by Rexx technologies should be done annually. Any dispute arises in the payment may lead to Unsubscription.

• Hosting website and should be renewed annually .
